Boba Nostrils Challenge Popular In Japan

Japanese Netizens have created a selfie challenge with milk tea pearls by inserting pearls into the nose and taking pictures.

This challenge, called the "Boba Nostrils Challenge", is to keep the pearl at the edge of the nostril from falling while taking a picture. The challenge has made many beautiful girls and boys in Japan take selfies with one to two pearls in their nostrils.

Some Netizens criticize this trend quite odd by inserting pearls in the nostrils is not only making them look weird with big noses but also are not aesthetically and not hygiene. Medical experts recommend not to do this challenge because the pearl may accidentally go deeply into the nose while breathing and get caught in the trachea, causing respiratory problems.
