The art series by Evija Laivina named “Beauty Warriors” is a collection of photographs featuring strange, weird and unusual-looking beauty products that promise instant beauty and cure without surgical to a beauty problem, and the product was bought from Ebay and most of them were made in China.
Evija Laivina said, she tried to show the perfect relation between beauty product and the model in her photos. As we know the society's rules always forget about the importance of inner beauty than the outer beauty. “Beauty Warriors” received LensCulture Portrait Awards 2017 Student Spotlight Award and was published on BBC, STV 2, Press and Journal and featured on the international press and websites.
