New AirAsia Cabin Crew Uniform For The Coronavirus Crisis


AirAsia Berhad is a Malaysian low-cost airline headquartered near Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and it's has unveiled its new cabin crew uniform, which includes a medical mask, protective visor and boiler suit, design by Los Angeles-based designer Puey Quinones.


It said it hoped the uniform would help protect staff and passengers from coronavirus when domestic flights start again on today. The majority of Air Asia planes has been grounded since last month and there is not yet a date for resumption of long-haul flights. AirAsia will require its cabin crew to wear the PPEs on all its domestic and international flights. 

AirAsia assures that the safety and wellbeing of its guests and cabin crews is its top priority. The airline is also strictly complying with advice and regulations from the local government, civil aviation authorities, global and local health agencies, including the World Health Organization.
