The Tainan City Government Tourism Bureau and Toei Animation have joined hands to organize the "ONE PIECE Ocean Tide Celebration" - Sailing to the Great Tainan event, which kicks off on 8th September 2023 at Tainan's Anping Recreation Pier in conjunction with Tainan's 400th Anniversary. The most eye-catching thing at the scene is the 12-meter "Large Thousand Sunny Land Balloon", which displays the popular Thousand Sunny from the anime.

Five 2-meter-high Chopper Superman hat balloons and the cute Chopper Superman FRP were also unveiled at the scene. Together with the five-seat Straw Hat One Piece themed photo area, it is a highlight that cannot be missed. Mayor Huang Wei-che said that in addition to eye-catching large-scale installations, the event also includes a night light show, a One Piece product sales area, and many One Piece peripheral specialty products. The exhibition period is from September 8 to October 29, 2023, inviting all Taiwanese people and tourist to spend time to make a visit!
