Her hobbies are modeling and winter swimming. At first, when Anastasia went to take pictures in the water, she decided to dress like a mermaid. Now she is happy to combine herself with the image of a mermaid by the sea.

At first, Anastasia tried to create her own mermaid, then she ordered a 3D mold of the mermaid. “Everything is expensive, but this is how I get a mermaid mold that I fill with silicone, and I make my own tail” she says.

The production of one tail costs about 70,000 rubles ($918). It weighs from 13 to 17 kilograms, depending on the design. "It's very difficult to move on land with this tail, but it's cool in the water, you look like a real fish," Anastasia said.

She has 700k followers on TikTok and millions of views. TikTok often warns with the words “dangerous action” in her videos. "The Netizen often write to me that I will not have children and no brain. But all these people do not know anything about winter swimming, and they do not really perceive information about it,” she says. In fact, Anastasia only allows herself to be in ice water for no more than 2 minutes, but most a minute.

On her Instagram page, she writes a lot about the benefits of winter swimming. “In short, it works like this. When you find yourself in ice water, the body enters a stressful environment and defense mechanisms are activated, then your body temperature will rise to warm your body. When the temperature rises immunoglobulins will produce immune proteins that can destroy virus, bacteria and fungi. If you do this regularly and relentlessly then these immunoglobulins will be at high levels all the time in your body. I used to hate winter, I was cold and sad, often sick. Now all this is gone, I feel that I live a full life, ”she says.
