24-year-old Russian woman, Julia Vins is a female powerlifter and social media influencer who rose to fame for her powerful skills, yet feminine appearance and her body size.


At the age of 12, she wanted to get in shape and build her confidence by doing weightlifting, and enjoying the changes she was seeing in her body, until it became an integral part of her life. She became an athlete who spends her days in the gym to increase her strength muscle body. 

Julia became interested in the sport and made her first official competition in 2013, and she has won twice the World Powers Championship in 2014 and 2016, and 8 other titles. She can lift up to 252.5 kg, the bench press can lift 165 kg and deadlift 192.5 kg.
