Lulu Hashimoto is the creation of 23-year-old fashion designer Hitomi Komaki and maybe is the world’s first “living doll fashion model”. She just wears a realistic doll body suit with a doll-like joints, doll head mask, and a wig. Hitomi Komaki got the idea for a real-life doll after seeing the life-size hyper-realistic doll heads made by a creative team called Nukopan, since then they are working together. 
Fashion designer Koh Ueno are also created the ball-jointed stockings with the airbrushed on the fabric and the result look amazing. Lulu Hashimoto can easily find around the Harajuku district of Tokyo and also holding her own special event, called ‘luluroom’ for her fans.
